You can get more rewards per survey by answering the survey as soon as you see the email. Reward for each user is calculated based on how many users have already answered that particular survey.
For example:
If you are the first person to attempt a survey, you will get the maximum amount of the reward decided by the researcher. But if you are the last person to answer that survey, you will recieve the lowest reward.

Once a survey is submitted to us, users meetign the criteria set by the author are notified through an email and the survey is made visible on the homepage, under "Or Answer Surveys and Earn Rewards:" heading.
